"I go to Nardellis since I was a child (in Waterbury). When I moved to Unionville, that was the next place for me. We've been here since autumn 2020. Eating tastes just as good as some of the original Nardellis sites. Sitting inside is somehow strange with a long narrow hall where you can sit, but then press for the bathroom or go outside. You never have something special like the other locations. In the last 2 to 3 visits, customer service was no longer fun. An employee had no idea how to change, sandwich order slightly wrong the soda machine was made of ice and the drinks were room temperature. This place STAYS packed with lunch Mon Fri."
