"The menu board is unlit so the customer must know what they want already as it is too dark to read easily. Staff are willing to help , but this wrinkle in seeing the menu defeats the purpose of a drive-thru speeding up getting ones order. The food is regular Subway fare-not great but not bad.Asking for a gratuity seems a bit much. With the options out there in Drive-thrus they should try to make ordering easier."

"I took a friend for a treat that I also had been looking forward to. The food was wonderful, coffee great. The ambiance "nordic charm" and the stone fire oven lends such warmth and homeiness that there is a promise of a truly welcoming and delicious experience. Well the food was delicious! 5 stars, just marvelous, but the staff were so sullen and unwelcoming it bordered on incivility. No eye contact or connection of any kind, Take you order, ring it up, go take your seat. Dismissive. Obviously they are very hardworking and industrious lot and I laud them for that, but being met with blank stares and little acknowledgement that you too are a human presence is no way to enjoy a meal. The staff seem very unhappy. SO sorry to have to write this, but I though you should know. A happy patron's experience starts at the door."
