"The food was excellent! The customer service is what I had a problem with. The man at the cashier was super rude to my friend and I from the beginning. At first we walk in and he said nothing and stared at us until we was ready to order. Secondly, I said okay I 'm ready to order. He said 'What do you want? ' I ordered two kitchen sinks one hot and one cold to compare and contrast. Then I got a cheese steak for a friend that came with me. He didn 't even say the total out loudhe just pointed at the numbers on the cash register. Okay, I pulled out my credit card to pay. He said 'oh our credit card machine is down. ' I had cash luckily. A woman directly behind me paid with her card, not even 15 seconds behind meand he slid her card with no problem. He didn 't even mention the card machine was having problems to her. My order became ready. I told him my name is Andre for the order. When my food came up he said 'Dre ' super loud and threw the food onthe counter as if he was as if I was a dog. The restaurant was super busy as I was leaving. He was laughing and talking to everyone even a super rude customer who was mad his food wasn 't ready yet when mine came up first. I never met thecashier a day in my life so didn 't get all of the hostility. But I will never visit Stanlieo 's again and I will also tell all of my friends and family not to go. I 'm mad because the food was probably the best sub sandwich you can get in thearea but customer service is my top priority in any situation because I also am in the restaurant industry. I know no one cares and this post will probably be ignored."

"This is my favorite Firehouse location. Always smooth, easy transactions. The Firehouse on Memorial Parkway isn't so great. I typically get the SmokeHouse brisket and cheddar sub on wheat, and an unsweet tea with lime, and both are always really good. My boyfriend usually gets the spicy meatball sub on white, and he really enjoys it."

"This was our first time at the Huntsville location and the food was absolutely fabulous! Our server was very attentive and her name was Aaliyha. She was one of the reasons why this place?s deserves a 5 star review. She also had a great since of humor and hospitality. I ordered the lasagna and it was very delicious. Crispy on the ends, with a sweet and savory flavor. It?s nice to see Huntsville getting more Italian restaurants."
