"I've known Bertermann for many years. The first branch of the bakery was opened more than 120 years ago. The headquarters are located in the western-fälische Minden. Today the company operates almost forty branches. Most are located in NRW, but some have managed to reach Lower Saxony across the country border. They are modern and clean. When I left the branch, I had to take two of the delicious chocolate crucibles. They are really horny and filled with lots of liquid chocolate. Overall, I was also, all others, completely satisfied again. If you come to Minden with a Bertermann branch, you must try this traditional baker once."
