"So sad! Love their pizza but the people who work there should be fired. We have called so many times to order a pizza for pick up or delivery and they rudely tell me they are closing. Tonight I called at 8:15 (they close at 9pm) to have a pizza delivered. They responded No . We have already sent our delivery guy home. And we are closing in 10 minutes. I asked can I order and pick it up because according to your website you 're open for another 45 minutes. They responded with no, again we are closing in 10 minutes so FYI everyone...even though the website says they close at 9 o 'clock on a Sunday it is clearly wrong... the employees say they actually close at 8:25 on Sundays! Rocco 's hire better people who care about your business. We love supporting small businesses in mission Viejo but I guess tonight we are calling Round Table."

"I came to this subway ordered 2 footling sandwiches. ?Semaj? or ?Semal?, that?s the workers name, after he finished the 2nd sandwich I asked kindly if he could please replace the vegetables, take out the ones in sandwich just add new ones. Thesandwich wasn?t cut yet or anything. The mustard mayonnaise was everywhere. The sandwich was drenched. It was all over on theoutside of bread, on top of bread, allll over the paper. It just look disgusting. So I kindly asked ?I?m so sorry but could youplease replace the vegetables? Just take them out put new vegetables?? He stopped, looked at me said why? This young guyhad such a major attitude! I explained he said ?this is what you wanted?! He was arguing with me we were going back forth then he was talking to the other worker he started laughing as they were looking at me! I couldn?t believe it but now daysthe kids are just brats. Not all but just saying. Finally the other worker next to him took over said ?I?m so sorry aboutthat, we will make you a new sandwich ?. I said ?thank you?! I just asked to replace the vegetables! My goodness! I appreciatedthat the other worker apologized had good customer service. That?s exactly how Semaj or Semal should have handled it. I?m notgoing back to this subway!"

"I like Subway very much. I'm always looking for their weekly vouchers. I like the new sandwich offers as well as my favorites like meatball. I'm not a big fan of her tuna, but for many people she's going to sandwich. My wife loves her. Many parking spaces including disabled accessible. This looks like the Marguerite Pkwy in Mission Viejo. People were very friendly and made my sandwiches right. If you like a chicken sandwich, try the shredded chicken. Very good. As always, please remember to leave your server a little bit for their hard work. Enjoy your Sanwich!"
