"Excellent experience! Where to begin... first, when we went to the store, at least some staff welcomed us kindly and took our orders. Our food was made immediately and delicious! I was able to buy my delicious meatballs Sub and a bag of chips with a (each size) drink for only about 12-13 dollars. Although it is not as cheap as eating at Wendy's or McDonald's, the quality is more than for the price difference. In my opinion, this restaurant is better than subway, which is similarly expensive. Definelty will go back!"

"First time eating at a Firehouse subs very disappointed. I ordered online, for pickup. The email confirmation said the chips would be in the bag, when I got home, they weren’t. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey and the Engineer. I ordered one on wheat, both had white bread. They had soggy turkey shreds, way too much Mayo, and just a scattering of lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, etc. The girl who handed me my order was uncommunicative and unfriendly. I gave my experience 2 stars because as I was leaving, the young man behind the counter smiled and said thank you, have a nice day."
