"Waited almost 25 minutes for food. Then Shorted us a chicken parm sandwich. Tall guy at counter said we didn't order one when our cashier said that we did for sure. They wouldn't make good on it. One of us left with nothing. Very BAD customerservice!!! They lost a few good customers."

"This place is highly recommended! Especially to those who have a big family and a bunch of friends who really love to hang out and bonding. The food here is unique, quality, and incredibly delicious. All of their food on the menu is really mouth-watering, freshly cooked, and phenomenal. Their portions here are so fair and good. Their serving is very creative. All of it is enjoyable and impressive. This place is full of quality and awesome foods. They have so many offers and deals that can surely satisfy your cravings. Their pricing is so affordable and fair. You can really buy and order anything you want from their menu without breaking your pockets. While eating such amazing food you can also save a lot at this spot. Porky’s BBQ is exceptional! Lots of people keep coming back again and again just to order and grab some of their quality food. Everything at this place is really enjoyable and affordable. Their staff is really kind, friendly, and professional. All of them are energetic and working so fast. They all know how to do their job properly. Also, they are so caring and they are really willing to help and assist the customers so right. Outstanding service. Very reliable and personable staff. This place never disappoints. Porky’s BBQ is really a hidden gem in this area of Arlington Heights. You all must visit this place if you are nearby the area. You will absolutely love everything they have on their menu. Porky’s BBQ is exceptional! I would really love to go back here again soon when I have some free time. "Friendly staff and fast service. we ordered 3 starters a burger and a T-Bone steak. they all arrived at the table in 6 minutes and were absolutely delicious. our waiter stopped a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and was very polite."

"I like the atmosphere. Very loud on a Saturday evening. The portions were small. I had the cod. It was delicious, but small. After dinner we sat outside by the fireplace. Very cozy and relaxing."

"Tonight was disappointing. My sister's burrito got no complaints. My tacos however were sub par. I appreciate the different styles that are offered compared to some other places. But when the onions smell like they were cut in the morning and sat out all day to wind up on my food. Really just ruined all of them. Not to mention the fact that they were room temp. My sisters burrito was still warm. Wish my tacos were wrapped in foil like the burrito was. Thought the flan would've made the experience better but I was sadly mistaken. Maybe the average person wouldn't think twice. I however have been working BOH for 14 years at a wide array of restaurants. I've picked up along the way common knowledge that an onion takes 10 seconds to slice. But a couple hours to go bad. I also have picked up authentic recipes for flan from my coworkers. That was a crime what I was given and any self respecting Mexican would say the same. I don't need an apology. I dont need a refund. I need you to reevaluate. But u only get one chance with me. And yall blew it. I'm done. Parking: Shared with all the other establishments.
