"It's been a past since I last ordered her spicy chicken fillet sandwich. I ordered it again and again today to my surprise, it looked and tasted completely different. it was crushed in this orange spicy powder that was too opaque and too spicy. I couldn't finish it and it had a bad taste. I was very disappointed."

"They have a fairly backward space in Trinoma so large groups are recommended to sit outside if they want to sit as a group. It took a while for our order to arrive. The wings were good and they now have fairly large servings compared to before. The rice was a little oily, but also good."

"I ate here with the BF today. We both had the Unicorn Strawberry Shake and Chicken Katsu Omurice and the Shrimp Maki with tempura pieces.
For starters, I love the design and ambience of the place. It's all super cute like in !!!! The staff are also very attentive.
The sushi was very good! Tastes like it is expensive - around 30-35 per roll. I love the taste of crispy tempura on every roll.
The unicorn shake gave us both a sugar boost. Refreshing to some extent, but mostly too sweet. I wish there was more of the advertised tartness of the strawberries in it. The first time to eat something with shiny gold / silver balls and it was a lot of fun I think. And super Instagram-capable.
Finally the Omurice.
According to my friend, the ideal omurice should have an egg that is still runny enough to coat the rice. The omelette was nice but not runny. But the rice was good - tomato sauce, mushrooms, and peppers made it very filling! Reis pa Lang, ulam na! The taste of the chicken came mainly from the breading and cream sauce it was in. Not bad and super filling, but could be better.
This place is well worth the price in terms of portions and richness. Taste for the sushi. But it's quite a talaga."

"I haven't been to the restaurant yet. They also had a booth at the Gourmand Market two weeks ago. I saw the Spam Musubi and I wanted to try something new so I ordered it. I think they lowered the price for that event (it costs around 150 but smaller serving) I find it oily but the taste was okay. It's good enough for sharing since the rice made it heavy. I already feel full after eating 2 slices."

"Hype about Halal Guys?

I know a lot of people have decided that THG is too expensive to serve and that they don't think it is good value for money. But I'm the prototype of a lion - very faithful to what I like and honest about a mistake. I only like THG. I like the way it tastes. I like it when I see them prepare the food. I like their sauce. I've been coming back since they opened and I'm still enjoying it. I'm not influenced by the brand or US origin. I just like what I like and I honestly don't care if you agree with me or not. I don't even care if it's not popular opinion; it's mine and i stand by my taste buds! ???? (I don't care if you read my reviews or not; thank you if you do!)

That being said, I felt like they were nibbling on my white sauce that day. I just got my usual order of chicken gyro platter and I was missing the sauce. Hmph. Not eaten cool. I don't know it's just my imagination, but I really felt it was. "The food was great as always. But I could have been happier if the server allowed me to use my 250 discount coupon on top of the 30% discount. Her reason was that she has already paid off the register and it will take some time if I insist on it. I was in a hurry and didn't bother about it anymore. I mean duh ?! 250 is 250. I bought the bistro card for 2500 so I should take advantage of all discounts and privileges whenever I can because who knows when I'll be back or if I'll ever come back. There are many other cheaper options than the bistro group restaurants.
"

"TATERS is not your ordinary take-out fast-food store. It has been called a popcorn concession, a nacho store, or even a French fries outlet It is perfect for student hanging-out or movie-goers like me. it is not just a snack but what Taters is all about. Me and my family always hotdogs in taters while walking in the mall. you can also invite your friends who are more health-conscious,beacause you can also find taters' food products appealing because of its healthier benefits compared to others offered in the market. the breads of their sandwiches are rich in fibers. they have low-fat vegetable oils in cooking. I enjoy their popcorn while watching movies so if you are...read more"

"[Review is for Ramen Nagi + Akimitsu Tendon]

Josh visited me after work last Saturday! ???? We decided to have dinner together at SM North or Trinoma, since they are they two malls near my workplace.

We were choosing between Denny's (he absolutely loves breakfast food!) and Ramen Nagi + Akimitsu Tendon (he's been craving for tendon for the longest time already). We finally settled for the latter, but since I am not a fan of fried Japanese food, I planned to have ramen instead (since it was soooo rainy that day!).

When we got there, the place was packed, and we were 8th in the line -- but we waited anyway. We got in after about 30 minutes.

Here's what we got:

SALMON SASHIMI (Php 280)- ⭐⭐⭐⭐
We always order salmon sashimi when dining in a Japanese restaurant -- it's our ultimate favorite! ???? Their salmon was fresh and did not have frozen ice crystals, but did not taste as "sweet" as some of the ones we've eaten at other restaurants before. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed it!

SUMIRE DON (Php 560)- ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was Josh's order. He has been craving for tendon for the longest time already, and he finally got to eat it! His order had deep-fried anago eel, prawn, and a piece of okoy-like fried thing, all on top of steaming hot Japanese rice. At first bite, I saw how giddy he was -- it must be good. He let me taste the eel, and it was good! The special sauce they drizzle on top is so yummy. All the seafood were very fresh, and the crisp coating gave each piece a great texture. After a while though, Josh said that the sauce was a bit lacking, and the pieces underneath were a bit dry. He'd love it better if only it had more sauce. ????

CRAB KING (Php 460) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love how Ramen Nagi is constantly experimenting on new ramen flavors. This time around, they have the Crab King -- al dente noodles, their signature tonkotsu broth, and deep fried soft shell crab! ???? It was super good! The soft shell crab was fresh and crisp, though it becomes soggy when it stays in the soup fortoo long so make sure to grab a bite as soon as it is served. The broth had a distinct crabby taste which was very flavorful. I enjoyed and loved every slurp of it! ???????? Go try it while it's still on their menu as this is a Limited King only! ????

Service was fast, despite the huge amount of people in the restaurant. I'm glad how they don't compromise when it comes to their service, because it would be such a waste if they will have good food but mediocre service.

Overall, I loved our Ramen Nagi + Akimitsu Tendon experience last Saturday! Cheers to good food × awesome service × great company. ????????

#EatDrinkSplurge"

"We tried their monster platter. I can say that the price is reasonable. Their iced tea tastes so refreshing and it makes you want to sip for more and more. The sausages in the platter are no ordinary, a good pair for the corn cob. The tender ribs is best paired with their mashed potato. The monster platter is more than enough for 4 adults.

They have small dining area. If you are a large group, it is better to get a reservation first. The staffs are very much friendly and accommodating."
