"We arrived for a bank holiday trip, and looked around for somewhere to eat for the evening. We saw it had good reviews and decided to try it.... We are so glad we did!! Our waiter was so helpful and attentive (Tanguy thank you)...He really assisted us with the french menu, recommended a beautiful wine which was incredible. The food arrived very promptly and it was Devine. It really made our night, we spoke about how lovely the food tasted the whole walk back to our apartment."

"Accustomed to this kind of address, we were looking forward to discover aunt zabelle, very well placed near the center and in front of the port of boulogne on sea. when entering the first impressions were an original decoration, warm in a small space one feels like being at granny, deliberately kitsch decoration ... but unfortunately welcome quite cold. the card is in the form of a very funny and original school notebook but the waitress doesn't know her card well and she had trouble giving us an explanation. at the time of the dishes I was disappointed, the welsh was very small and not very appetizing it was accompanied by about 10frites, for a sign of this kind I was surprised because in the estaminets we are generally very well served to the point of not being able to finish ! more the dish was not good !!!! grilled bread impossible to cut and ham not very good quality for a very high price. dessert on the other hand was very good but a little expensive for quantity. another positive point the choice of beer rather large and original with bottles that are rarely found in the restaurant. short this restaurant bases everything on its originality and its deco but the quality is unfortunately not at the rendezvous. domage"

"I visited this cafe with a friend after a long journey and we had missed lunch because of a delay in our travel. We arrived just after three P.M chose a table outside and chose something from the menu. Service was very slow, although it wasn't crowded, but finally a waiter arrived. I started to order some food, but I was interrupted by an abrupt Non! The waiter told us that the kitchen was closed and wouldn't open again before 7 P.M. so there was no possibility to eat. We decided to order a drink anyway. Ten minutes later, an elderly French couple came and sat near us and made their order. I was very surprised when they were quickly served with a plate of crepes each. We paid up and left."
