"This place does not look very much, it is part of the mini golf, but the food was very good and good portions. The menu was not extensive, so at least it was fresh. We had foie gras, filet de boeuf, tournedos, salade landaise, et gambas. The meat was vey tender and cooked to perfection. The owner / chef was very friendly and chatty."

"It is great. Thing about it is not just the food but the ambience. It is one of those increasingly rare experiences where the staff actually are happy and delight in looking after the customers. The chef patron is one of those guys who just loves to feed his clientele. The food is Alsace/German the beer my Favourite Paulaner from Munich. The wine local and good honest advice on what to drink. We loved it both for the excellent food the people and it’s position 20 meters from the path off the beach. We are retired live in the uk have a family home in France children in Hong Kong and Switzerland we travel 6 months per year and eat out a lot. This place is memorable and a real treat. Be it for a drink or an excellent, quality ingredients meal a whole ham turning on a rotisserie what more could you ask for."

"There are plenty of kiss me quick places to eat around Maubuisson and even an excellent artisan steak eatery in the campsite at Carcans, but if you are looking for an authentic French meal with slightly more finesse than pizza, burgers, or steak and chips on plastic chairs, this place provides locally sourced, excellent cuisine and local wines for a good value budget. Believe me I’m a local!"
