"Me and my wife thought this would be a typical mediocre but edible restaurant so we gave it a shot. Boy were we wrong about our initial opinion.The waitress was fine, but the food was horrendous. Have you ever had an omelette with watered down bad eggs, soggy vegetables and a general taste of bland dog food? We did! You can also tell that their veggies on the side order of burgers etc are those frozen bags of peas carrots and corn you buy at grocery stores. Not cool. What's worse is that after informing the manager in numerous detailed ways of our distaste for the food he just looked at us as if we were completely wrong and kept adamantly saying this is the way he's been cooking it for years and refused to take the dishes off our order. Either all the people of Carlyle have no tastebuds or this guy is delirious. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. I don't care if you've been in the food biz for years, you're still an amateur. Hang up the towel bud."
