"In the past iv had issues with the young 18 year old girl awnsering the phone she is rude and cant even take the correct address down for dilevery never say the order no matter how many times you confirm with her then just hangs up to the point you call her back and she does the same dam thing not to mention they couldnt organise a shoe box in that place asked food not tobe over done it arived two hours late after dozens of calls gone in and the food was cremated, but to really top things off i desisded to order online last night as i didnt want the agro of clueless staff over the phone made my order went through took my payment waiting an hour in no sign of food rang there phone contiusly no one picking up got to fuming point at this stage and walked down to the place turns out there closed for renervastion and didnt even have the sence to write in on there website DO NOT ORDER ONLINE you will be charged and hassel getting your money back , now im out of pocket as they had no problem taking my payment as i checked with bank and its gone through cant get my cash back have to put the entire bloody thing in writing to head office to resolve this crap for a refund because there in no date writen on the door of when they will be reopen , personally i think they should shut the place down completely and if there gonna re open get someone and staff members who know how to do there jobs and actually know how to cook and have people skills. have to agree with all the reviews on here i hate the place but unfortunitly my kids love there food when they do cook it properly. if the people running it cant cope in a tiny town they have no hope in any kind of city better off completely shut down and put a kfc or pizza hun there"

"We regularly treat our elderly mother to lunch here, and she likes to have a tea and scone in the bar herself beforehand. On this occasion Sunday 20 August she asked for tea and scone and was told by one of the bar staff that because it was Sunday they might not have any scones, she asked him to check but he came back with only tea and no scone. She was therefore incredulous when 10 minutes later 2 travel industry-heads sat down in the bar beside her and were immediately lavished with scones, jam and cream. Seems this establishment has one level of service for VIP pals and another for mug paying punters. Lunch on this occasion was poor also, fish (plaice) not properly cooked, the chicken seems a better bet here."

"Delicious Irish cuisine. our group ordered a sort like bangers and mash, golden fried chicken, and each of the three suppenas were available. the heavy was ridiculously good and we had a few different desserts, all excellent. cozy business before caffe. our group of eight sat on three separate but adjacent tables. great option if they are in cashel."

"We stopped here for a quick lunch after visiting the Rock of Cashel. We were hungry for fish and chips and a local shop keeper suggested this place. Super casual and inexpensive, but the food was so good, quick and hot! Would have enjoyed a beer with our lunch, but none was available."
