"Pros: The view and the quietness. Cons: Two years ago it was all good, as it should. Now, in June 2018, it's all goind down for this place. 10 min waiting for the menus 20 min waiting for drinks 55 min waiting for the food. And speaking of food, even I can make it exactly the same. If you can make yourself an omelette, trust me, you can do the food here also. We were 4 persons, each one ordered something different, with the idea of maybe coming here for a wedding ceremony. No way! The chairs and the deck by the lake looked very very bad. It's like nobody wants to invest here no more. The boy that served us, he was really nice, but he was the only one serving by the lake. It's not his fault it was the worse service I've come across in the last year or so. For the amount we paid vs. service and food, it was extremely expensive. Conclusion: Very very bad management."

"First of all THE PRICE is to high for that place and is allmost the same menu since they oppened. Rude staff and unorganized ,if you go lets say a couple they told you is full ...no table , but it is a high table...with high chairs where you don't have space for plates.I ve stay there two hours in that time the rest of the tables were empty from the start to the end.the reason for lie was because they don't make that much money with two people and gave it to you an uncomfortable table P.S : if you have some wall clock's on the wall and same cheap cookware ...Even though the place is called Big Ben, it has nothing to do with the real Big Ben...I mean if you name the place after a landmark, you might as well have something that represents it."

"We were on a trip from Bucharest and stopped for lunch in a Sunday. The restaurant is quiet and small and was empty at that time - luckily for my 2 kids. Food is very good - no refrigerated french fries :) Pasta is delicious and the persinnel was very kind. One minus is that at this moment it's a smoker's restaurant - nothing separate for non smokers.."

"I go at Atrium since it was open, 6-7 years ago. I've always had a nice evenening and the food was always good. The owner is italian and he's one of the cooks. Nice place, good food and soft atmosphere."

"Very nice place, pleasant atmosphere, good songs. Very tasty and inexpensive food. Traditional Romanian dessert is very tasty. We stayed at the hotel near, The Arlington Hotel, so the bill was charged to the room very comfortable."
