"Well, I guess this is Bretagne fast food but it was certainly non the worse for it. On a very blustery July evening we sought refuge from the wind inside Le Youyou and it was pretty packed so were lucky to find a table. They have some outside tables but being in a fairly narrow street the breeze gets channeled right along where most of the restaurants are - unfortunate!My wife had a galette filled with ham and cheese while I went for moules with a curry sauce - and while I like moules I have never tried a curry sauce before but I'm glad I did as it was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous - I think it was a litre pot and served with chips and bread. I hate cold chips so it was a race to eat them in conjunction with the rest of it. A dirty job (literally - watch out for the curry sauce splashes!) but someone had to do it!As my wife had finished her galette well before me, any gentleman would have pushed his remaining meal aside out of courtesy. Unfortunately for her I'm obviously not any gentleman so she had to watch me nosh my way through the entire pot-full.We wanted different wines so we drank by the glass and they were very reasonable vin maison offerings. After having to watch me eat all the moules my wife had got a bit bored and I was too stuffed to manage a desert so we can't give you a recommendation I'm afraid but being nosy (as one is) we couldn't help but notice that our fellow diners seemed to be very happy with their sweet choices so we'll give them a third hand thumbs up for that as well...Service was quick, polite and friendly and the prices in line with all the other places in Damgam - i.e, seasonably expensive for a quick evening meal, exacerbated for us by a weak £/Euro rate.So, would we return? Certainly - Recommended!"

"This is a little creperie with a big heart. The menu is varied- there are other mains other than galletes and a good choice of crepes, ice creams and sundaes for a reasonable price. There is an outdoor terrace which is shaded and a warm and rustic inside restaurant. We went in the scorching sunshine and sat outside under a shady umbrella. We chose a main of filleted sardines with accompaniments and my friend chose St Jaques/scallops in a sauce with a salad and a side of fries. We both chose ice cream creations for desert as it was so warm. There is a good selection of wine or cider and softs. It is a good place for a relaxing lunch. The service was excellent. The location is in the village near the church which is also worth a visit and about a 10min easy walk from the beach."

"La déco est à l image du restaurant ....tout simplement BOF alliant une qualité médiocre de plats bas de gamme et un service plus que lent. Service aimable mais très lent alors que le restaurant n était pas bondé. Pizzas congelées agrémentées, difficile de faire plus bas de gamme. Tarifs certes peu elevés, mais on préférait payer plus cher pour une qualité qui serait correcte."

"Good restaurant! Several dishes offered: pizza, mussels, child menu, ... Pizzas and mussels are really good! Different cocktails with and without alcohol offered and really good! Friendly staff, correct prices, neat service. Possibility of eating inside, terraces or upstairs on a terrace. Restaurant recommended!"
