"Called in multiple orders for 12 people and everything was correct and food was good! Update- 08/18/18 Food for the second time in a row was disappointing. Last weekend I got a chicken philly and it just wasnt up to par. This weekend I tried the steak quesadilla. It was bland. No seasoning and the waitress walked off before I could even finish my order... I was to add onions and peppers.. not that it would have helped much... SEASONING people... then later finally was able to order something else and it was waaay OVER seasoned.. I really like the Spring salad with the chicken and the grilled green beans, but that's about it. Also.. I get that it's a bar and everyone is there to have fun, but I feel like the waitresses are chatting too much. I had to hunt my waitress down to get some ranch so I could eat my flavorless quesadillas. She was super nice, but I felt like I was looking for her too much."

"Never have I been disrespected at a restaurant like I was here. After my passenger ordered the drive threw attendant told us to pull forward, I politely responded that I would like to add to the order for myself, at that point the employee responded with ?you said that was all? to which I responded ?that was all for his order, but I would like to order something?. Instead of simply saying okay and taking the remainder of the order she responded with ?you could have said that? in the rudest tone I?ve experienced. To that I responded for her to never mind and began explaining how rude her comments were. Admittedly I did cus, to that I apologize, but was then responded to rudely by her coworker telling me how they?re not serving me. I began calling corporate. Next 3-5 employees came outside trying to intimidate me. Then threatening me if I didn?t leave. I asked for the employees name and he refused to give it to me for my report to corporate. I don?t think this is the level of customer service the founder has in mind."

"Don't know if the food was good or not as we entered the restaurant, there was no one to seat us so we seated ourselves. We sat and waited as we saw a girl that was working the drive thru walking back and forth looking out the windows and talking on the phone. Not a single employee acknowledged our existence. After about 15 minutes we left without seeing any other employees other than the drive thru employee and another employee outside smoking pot. Worst steak and shake I've ever been to."

"The ambiente was beautiful with great music for a Sunday night. I'll give them a 3 star because they have to make sure they recognize you when you get in. even if the bar writes out or the server in the opposite hallo says; someone will be with them. Also, who had grilled the meat needed some gloves. our server was really nice and eating was pretty good and expensive. we had the lamb chops, drinks (hitting) and appetizer (loved) our bill $150. I loved how to bring your drinks too sweet!"
