"Had a decent review, but the ugly answer of the owner grants you not to disturb you to go back there. mentioned the situation in a rough part of the city where I received a response (see below) that they would go to our car next time. obnoxious locals who are in groups outside the restaurants and on the street are not a good example for such a good part of the city."

"I went home and felt like fish. That was the closest to me then. The first time here; the people were out at noon, and there was a line inside. I realized why it was so packed. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The place was clean and secret. And last but not least the food was great! My son enjoyed his fish and chips. It's hard to make him eat fish so that the fact that he finished his food was proof for me. Don't wait to come back here."

"I had been wanting to try Toby's ever since I saw their ad on Facebook. I planned to get empanadas to go but they didn't have any; I settled on a rice dish which was excellent! There was enough for at least 4 people! The place is large, open, and very clean. They also have a bar. I will definitely be going back to try some other dishes."

"I order it 30 minutes ago. I have to say this place has the best misthinking, tearing, charring I've ever had. the aromen are amazing. as good as eating was, the service was even better. the lady in the kitchen was very fast and very pleasant. I love to support places that appreciate their business. I'll be back soon!"
