"Always great service, friendly people, and they are not cutting corners with their means of life safe, each business is hurt by the economy of the last few years, but many are compromised at the quality. not here. extra cheese was extra cheese now for those who like bland pizza, skip this place. the crust has great taste and they have no fear to use good flavor on their pizza. really tasty wine."

"We recently had a party in the party room at Rick's. We had 2 other parties in the past that went very well. The service this time was lacking. In the past we had a dedicated server. We had a large enough party to warrant a dedicated server. This time our server had other tables and the bar to take care of. She told us they had to call in another server and that someone left a mess in the dining room. The party room was cold. A couple guests left early because it was cold. We were not offered the remotes to turn on the tvs. It took a long time to get our food. It was brought out as it was ready, but because the pizza and hoagies took longer, the fries and onion rings just sat and got cold while we waited for the other food. We were told that the pizza ovens weren't working properly and were taking longer than usual. Our second order of hoagies was missed by the kitchen. The food itself was very good though. We brought our own cake and couldn't find the server, so we had to go find plates from the bar and dining room ourselves. Because of the service, we won't be having parties here anymore."
