"It is a nice place. Sadly, the steak was terrible, but the chicken and veg soup of the day was lovely! I also enjoyed the chunky chips. Very noisy, be aware of that if you are looking to wind down and relax after a hike, etc."

"Delicious food and friendly staff! The dough fish in my fish and chips was crispy and the fish flocky. The haggis neeps and tatties were also delicious! We asked for a dessert for children and they gave us two plates for us to share!"

"Nice ambiance. Few vegan options, only a burger and maybe the curry. I had the burger, which was 2 beyond meat burgers, vegan cheese and vegan bacon. Delicious! Also fries and vegan mayo. "Fantastic chippy, I had gluten free fish and chips and my partner has fish cakes both were delicious. Owner also very knowledgeable on gluten free and celiac which as someone who's recently diagnosed is a god send. Definitely will return her next time I'm passing."
