"Rick Steves recommended this restaurant...its touristy, not gonna lie. But the service and food are all pretty good, and prices are reasonable. The interior decor and the staff 's costumes are medieval and tacky, but entertaining. €3.50ish for a variety of 500ml draft beers. €14.20 Roast Pork Knuckle...its HUGE! And delicious! €18.50 Best cut of pork...this is some sort of pork loin covered in gravy. Maybe this is a really good pork dish in Germany, but the wife and I thought it was just OK . The cheesy spaetzle side was amazing though. Dinner for two for less than €40...and I felt like a kid again. No big complaints here."

"No matter what we had eaten for a week, it was always fresh, very tasty and more than enough!Have eaten one of the best white carvings here.The breakfast was slightly limited by the choice but tasty.The services were very courteous and friendly."

"When you're on a 2 week trip in Austria and Germany, you'll eventually get tried of sausages, schintzels, and goulash. Try some Turkish food!I love Kebab...meat that spins is always a good thing. Its €4 for doner kebab(sandwich) or durum kebab(wrap). Its cheap and delicious! The place is quite big and clean for Kebab shop. A bunch of local construction workers were eating here too, a good sign its a real local joint."

"I liked pretty much everything at the restaurant, except for the service. where else would they find a restaurant that only accepts that customers pay the entire bill on a single wise? unnecessary to say that I stopped all the restaurants in the world where I was, and this is the only restaurant that would not accept that some people at the table pay their share with credit card while others pay with cash. that is their policy. what really irritated me was the excuse that the waiter gave us with the words “This is Germany...”. “Oh no no no,” I told him. that was my 5th time in Germany, and I had never heard that in my life. then he continued to say that it was ridiculous, and then he said that the system would not allow him to do so. I asked him to talk to the manager, and he said he was the manager. well, I obviously couldn't go on and paid the bill finally with cash. be prepared!"

"This restaurant is located on the main street of Fussen, slightly outside the center. A car or a bus is necessary unless you would like a walk of about 20 minutes or so from the center shopping district. We found this restaurant because this is...the restaurant our landlady goes to with her family when they go out to eat. The food is high quality and cheaper than most other restaurants. They have a great kids menu, which is quite inexpensive. The pizza our son ordered for about 3 Euro was about the size of a normal pizza. The kids facilities are wonderful. They have an outdoor and indoor playground. The indoor playground even has a wii system. A trip to the rest rooms downstairs is worth it just to see the kiddy toilet and sink. They have a special everyday, and on Friday it was fish day, so all fish dishes were 9 Euro. The other plates are quite large for the price you pay. Pictured is the Balkan plate which is the most expensive on the menu for 16 Euro, but most adults would have a hard time finishing this plate. It comes with fries, a great spicy rice dish, tzatziki and three types of meat. Currywurst and fries was priced at about 5.9 Euro, but we didn't order this, but I'm sure it is the standard dish. Everything seemed reasonably priced here."

"Friendly service with short braided leather pants - sexy - .but also tasty little drunk:a size of 5 €. and absolutely tasty chop, in the card stood over 300 grams - I believe mine had a pound.Cotelett 9,50 with fr. kasosalat.girl had big swab. curry bratwurst with homemade sauce for kn. 5,€.Here you can see the bus drivers in their pauses, and where the going is usually good.In total recommend as no tourist trap."
