Not to mention that many of you are served when the restaurant turns into “night box” and that you no longer have light but multicolor spot and smoke machine to accompany your meal. Go your way. "It's a little by chance that we went to eat one day from March to noon. From the entrance, the colorful decoration we like and the welcome is very warm. The ordered fish is up to our expectations, but the dessert is a little less. I expected a caramelized pineapple with a crumble (so much fruit) and it was, of course, good in taste but very pasty in the mouth. The panna cotta with the little fruits of my husband had a very nice aspect, not so much a panna cotta for us. However, that remains correct. The service has been well followed and the value for money ratio is excellent. Address to be retained."

"We ate again yesterday (Sat. 1Aug. 2015) in le Tilt and again the food was fantastic.This is our 26th year of visiting le Tilt restaurant in Gap 05 and the food has always been consistently good. This time we have been here for 4months and have eaten in le Tilt at least 20 times -all good experiences! We have introduced many of our friends and family to this great restaurant.Dominique ( chef and owner) and his wife Nadege produce amazing food and desserts and are always adding new surprises to their extensive menu. Additionally, they offer a good range of wines in beautiful glasses and, like their food, is favourably priced. The waiting staff are welcoming, attentive and always smiling (Emily).If you're visiting Les Hautes-Alpes, don't miss this restaurant.
