"I was in hobart with a friend on holiday. through several places and we decided to this place. we arrived on a Saturday evening and it has a stylish but relaxed, chilled mood with live music and craftsmanship beer. the place is well kept and the waiter staff is attentive and friendly. it is something on the expensive side, but they get other things like service, ambiente and live music. <br br/> we bought all bar snacks and two pieces eat. <br/>The potato skins were really beautiful and unique. not oily and the soße they can say was prepared and not from a packed source. <br/>The crispy pork bell wss crispy, but the meat was a little dry. the sauce that came with him was good. <br/>The fish were one of the best I cost. they didn't need a buckling wine acid bc the fish quality and teig was beautiful and light. <br/>The salmon paddle pop sounds appealing, but it was dry and they can't taste the salmon. was okay, but more for newness. <br/>The chicken crowns were very nice and light and airy. good taste for them and sauce was good. <br/>Fish cakes were ok, but I've never been a fan of them. the sauce that came with him was great. <br br/> finally, the male bathrooms have a two-way mirror so that I was able to see in the adjacent functional space, but I assume they could not see me. "The outside of the Brooke Street Pier is stunning as is the seating area of the Bright Eyes Cafe. Signage was limited so it isn't clear the coffee shop is infact Bright Eyes until ordering the coffee as it was printed on the paper cup, if there is a sign we certainly missed it. The minimal style counter had a handful of food options to order, not inviting to have a pretzel with coffee early morning so only had the coffee. We ordered two coffees and were freezing cold as the big windows in the cafe area were open on a cold Hobart winter's day. It made us drink our coffees and go fast as it was too cold to stay seated there. The coffee was okay, not the best we've had and there was no sugar at the tables or at the counter, we returned to ask for it. Wouldn't return here we like to drink in coffee in glass or ceramic, paper cups are for takeout and it didn't match the gloss of the location and serving coffee just doesn't taste the same in paper cups so didn't find anything special at all about this place unlike the write up gives it."

"The Winston, a restaurant in the US, is really popular and attracts various demographies. Since it is so popular, it will be super busy and can sometimes be difficult to get a table. It is sometimes waiting for the food for an hour, but it's seriously worth it! The food on the Winston is so damn delicious - the corncob is amazing and tasteful, the southern chicken burger is a highlight and the Pilzer Burger (vegetarian) is also delicious and a must! I usually get cheesey chips with my burger for an extra $ 1. Meals are so massive that they are almost in a food koma of the delicacy until the end of their meal, and all meals are very reasonable at $ 20! These guys also know good beer and are open to chat with them about craft beers. The Winston is my absolute favorite place to go a refrigerated evening of food and beer with friends!"

"Sensational steak, sides and breads (to start). I had the frame rub, it was so crunchy and yet a succulent steak that just fell apart. We got a tip from a local to go here and honestly we had to hold back going back the second night we were in Hobart. An amazing experience and well priced considering the quality. Can’t wait to go back!"
