"Love the custard and are somewhat regulars given we live nearby but you have to figure out a better drive through system and open the lobby back up. It's Friday night and I've been sitting in my car for 40 minutes now. There's also no clear direction on how people should enter the lineup of cars and you have people blocking traffic on Highland and getting in fights to line up correctly. Please figure it out. Update took 55 minutes to get 2 mini concretes, portion size was below normal, and plastic cup (in which it melts instantly) was covered in ice cream when it was brought out so made a big mess. Bummer."

"I went on October 10th. My first time here as a friend recommended a good place for a hearty garlic burger. I was impressed by my service. My friend has forwarded to the server that we wanted to share the burger to let him halve. The amazing cook not only cut in half he serves it in my own basket with more pimples, peppers and chips. I'm a water drinker and our great server left us with an ice-cold pitcher of water... I love the terrace and the nostalgic atmosphere inside... Kudo's Cotton Bottom! You made my birthday dinner great...."
