"It was my first time to eat there. The food was very good. The pork chops with garlic sauce were delicious! My husband liked the lasagna. Very good portions. I had something left the next day. Finally, there was a place to eat that is not fast food. We will definitely come back."

"We just had The Grotto cater our engagement party. The food was great and the pricing was completely reasonable. Todd was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we ordered the right amount of food. Such a nice guy and very easy to deal with. The food was phenomenal."

"The pizza was good but the service was really disappointing. We ordered over the phone and picked it up ourselves so we didn't choose to tip. However, we did add to the tip jar in cash anyways to be nice we didn't have to do this, we already paid for the pizza itself and it's not like they were delivering it for us or like we were dining in. And the cashier turned to his coworker and said here's your tip to which she replied how rude directly in front of us as if we suddenly could not hear anything. I understand people have hard days but we were also having one, yet we chose to be kind. I also get that staff is often underpaid but again, they did no extra service to us: we weren't going to pay extra for something we didn't receive... to me that's just common sense. Even if the food was good, it was not worth the attitude and entitlement we were met with."

"The people that take phone orders are TERRIBLE and RUDE. Totally clueless. If you ask what the specials are forget it. This throws them into a tizzy. I don't get it. It's their jobs. They should have the special menu right next to the phone. I'm glad it's not my business or they'd be history. I won't order from them anymore. My order is consistently wrong. Pizza is awful. For those that are local, try La Vigna across the street. They bend over backwards for you and couldn't be nicer. Their pizza rules and there chicken dishes are amazing! Plus they deliver."

"Its been over 20 years since Ive been back home in New Jersey and had Jersey Pizza. I'm almost in tears eating this right now because it's that good. I don't care if its 10 million calories I'm eating this entire pie right now and will cry about it later. I'm leaving NJ later today so thank you guys for the amazing quality and care you put into making your food. No restaurant anywhere outside this state even comes close to the way this tastes. I will make sure to tell my family here in Ledgewood that you guys have really good pizza."

"Update: I had the good, and friends, it's good. very solid new apartment. I went for the pulled chicken sandwich and was very happy big part of the rotisserie huhn on a beautiful roll. can't go wrong. my wife went for the pulled gay and was equally happy. good price, good proportion, good taste. that said it seems that they still feel comfortable (they just opened) because the first time we tried to order dinner, the girl on the phone told us in the ground not to bother us because it was a 90-minute wait. So the next day we decided to lunch and learned that the brisket (previously a main certificate for a BBQ place) is not available for lunch and is only ready for 4 o'clock. looks like a potential problem! but I will be sure to be back and I hope they will establish themselves in the opposite."
