"With so many options in this growth area of Hoppers Crossing/pt Cook/Tarneit, sometimes its great to fall back on the Friday night tradition of fish and chips. Having a menu on hand at home, a phone call was made to order food to be picked up. I arrived at the shop 10 minutes later, which was the stated time for pickup and bingo, food was ready. Opened the pack at home I was amazed at the generously large serves of fish, deep fried to a golden brown, as likewise the chips and perhaps the best potato cakes in Melbourne, handmade, large and crunchy golden batter on the outside of a fluffy potato slice inside. We would not hesitate using this shop again whenever we tasty fish'n'chips."

"I have been looking forward to trying this place but, unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. I might give it another try in the spirit of supporting local businesses but there wasn't anything special in my burger or the chips. The flaming burger on a brioche bun didn't deliver it for me and the chips were nothing I'd crave. I want to think it was a bad day at the kitchen."
