"That was my first Five Guys experience! The factor that stood far and away was the excellent service of the host and register operator (the same person) who knew their role very well and was glad to be there as well as very pleased to see that I was a first customer. I had a double cheese and pommes. The burger was good for a roasted fast food burger, made with tasty, customizable ingredients, with decent herbal accent (the only drawback is American cheese). The frits were excellent, especially when they were served hot and fresh. Overall a solid value, but get the little frits if you're interested in getting a more than sisable taste while not destroying your waist."

"Each since they got off or this terrible manager Misty, who refused to TRAIN and PAY half of their staff, this place is definitely trying to turn their reputation around. It is much cleaner, welcoming and even faster service since a new management. I have to applaud the service or Teri who went beyond and beyond to make our experience worth coming back. Also Eddy, Gabe and James had added our food quite quickly and to our pleasant experience! Thank you to all the staff there who helped turn this place around after they have such a terrible manager and employee for so long. Thank you."
