"Another excellent meal at one of my favourite restaurants. Looking at some of the more negative reviews, I agree yes its pricey, but you get what you pay for and this place oozes class. We ate in the Bar area, overlooking the Titchwell estuary, which isn't like a normal bar, in that it still has a restaurant feel and isn't ridiculously noisy. The menu is imaginative with a good range of choices. They use quality high end locally sourced ingredients. I had prawn and salmon tartlet, followed by medallions of pork loin main (which was outstanding) with sides (cheese and onion fries-OMG superb) finished off with a delicious creme brulee. Portion sizes were absolutely fine, and for the level of cooking, ambience and service was good value. The wine list is extensive and excellent too with a wide range of usual's and unusual wines with a good cross section of pricing too. Good selection of local beer and spirits (gin) too. Could not be faulted, and after dinner cocktails on the terrace on a balmy August evening after a round of golf at Hunstanton, make this a special place to eat for me. Also, a lovely setting for pre dinner drinks in comfy chairs in the garden patio area with waiter service a nice touch too with charming service-don't know the guy's name in the red and white tie, but he's a really warm and engaging fellow. Also recommend a visit in the Autumn winter time with open fires and a cosy feel. Keep it up T Manor-its a high bar, and long may it last. Yous contentedly, Ian B. Ps check out Eric's fish and chips in Thornham...I challenge you find better f c than this anywhere in the UK."

"Warm welcoming staff. Lovely clean restaurant. Bright and airy and not cramped at all . Delicious food extensive menu definitely something for everyone. Outside pods are a great idea if you want a more intimate experience."

"Food in this place WAS good 2 years ago, gone downhill rapidly, food is not worth the prices they 're trying to charge now, The Rathskeller burger is a big let down, burger didnt look overly appetising with the Hockey puck burger patty inside, I had to cut the burger up like you would a cake to take a bite of the thing, just gonna cut it short now and say the best thing about my visit was my pint, so that 's something I guess ? Not impressed. Meal type: Dinner"

"Experience didn't get off to the best start when bar staff got a drinks order wrong, she didn't seem very attentive and felt like was a burden rather then a paying customer when queried. Food took about 30 minutes to arrive which is pretty standard compared to other pub grub, however even though the burger was succulent and was of good standard the fries arrived cold. When brought to the table I see they are still delivering with dirty towels, something which was brought up in a previous review and has apparently being fed back, well unfortunately this is still happening. The chap delivering this reached across me to hand to another member of our party which I found a little rude and ignorant. The whole experience was OK, and filled a hole but was nothing startling and think they are probably better places"

"Our family found L L a couple of years ago and it has been our go to ever since. Service is ALWAYS great but the FOOD- HOLY SH@ . Probably in our top 3 ever including back home in Canada. The food is hot, innovative and alway leave full. Need to save room for dessert because again NEXT level for this hidden gem. Keep up the great work L L"

"Visited for a evening meal with some of my colleagues and a customer. I haven’t been to the restaurant before and was very impressed with the location and the surroundings of the venue. We sat outside as the weather was sunny. Lovely staff and in particular a young lady that I believe was fairly new? However she was extremely attentive and polite and even came out and the end of her shift to check we were ok and required anything else? Lovely touch and much appreciated. Will definitely revisit soon."

"Many thanks to the staff that took us short notice, no booking on a busy Sunday morning absolutely beautiful front of the house team that was eating well, it was nourishing, it came quickly without problems. These big round hash-bows are really nice. this caffe has a very comforting atmosphere. I will be coming back"

"I haven’t been here in easily 30 years and the place is still great!! It was ran with precision and all the girls were fantastic, every table cared for from cleaning and serving and nothing was too much. The wimpy burger was the same with the diced onions just like it’s always been. A proper nostalgic trip down memory lane!! Can’t wait to return"
