"Made a mistake by putting bacon on a beyond the meat burger! This is ridiculous. Not sure how that mistake can be made or if really it was a beyond the meat burger to begin with."

"I’ll start with the good, and then go on to the bad.The food came out at moderate-fast times, and the portions were about standard for the price.Now the bad…Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a less than positive experience. This time, I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger.The fries were cold and under-seasoned, and the gravy was watery and bland.The burger was lukewarm, dry, and on the more bland side of things. There was just enough moisture from the sauce to prevent it from being dry enough to make me gag on it like I used to with my families thanksgiving turkey as a kid, but not enough sauce to taste it. That said, a proper burger should be moist enough without any sauce.The worst part is the lack of effort in the presentation of the food. Whether the food is amazing or terrible, proper presentation of a dish shows pride. When the burger is lopsided, the lettuce isn’t neatly tucked, and the mushrooms are falling out, it says there was no care. At a fast food joint, I wouldn’t really wouldn’t care, but a sit down restaurant should have higher standards, and as a cook, I take a lot of pride in every dish I make, and it hurts my heart to see others not doing the same."

"First bao experience it was a hit!! I honestly couldn’t pick which was my favourite. They were all so uniquely delicious! Each of them had different sauce and toppings that paired with the meat perfectly. My mind was just blown at the quality and flavour.We also ordered the Tonkotsu ramen creamy bacon udon.The ramen was amazing with huge pieces of pork belly. My husband enjoyed it very much. As for the udon. It was just good but I wouldn’t order it again. There were just so many other amazing things on the menu.We can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu!"

"We ordered Smoking Joe's BBQ for dinner at work , I ordered the Joes Z-Man Double Burger so a double hand made burger topped with pulled pork it was amazing juicy and really nice flavor an order of fresh cut fries and a sm gravy, all I can say is you have to try the food it's"

"Lovely lunch on the patio today. I had a really tasty beet and goat cheese salad. Presentation and flavour were excellent. I followed it with raspberry yogurt cheesecake. Lots of raspberries! Our server was very friendly and efficient. Lookingforward to the next visit."

"Food was good, but not worth the price. Same goes for the drinks, although the cocktails are fun and fancy. Slash prices by 25% and this place will be 5 stars. $17 for a drink in London is nuts (in even in 2023). (also, no paper menus is a bit annoying)"

"It so sad that I have to write this review because I’ve been to Chucks many many times not this location but it is definitely one of my husbands and I favourite date night place to eat until today. Tonight we arrived around 10pm…. 10mins went by… no server came. We stopped one that was walking by.. she was like oh sorry we are changing servers but I’ll get your drinks… took our drink order… and nothing… it was 10:28 and we still hadn’t received our drinks. I asked to speak to a manager… the drinks arrived then the manager came… I don’t believe that was the manager as I saw him bring food to different tables… he looked more like a chef to me. Anyways, no acknowledgement or resolution for not being serve for almost 30mins… although a group of young guys walked in while we were waiting for the “manager” and they got a server right away and taking their orders within 5 mins of walking into the restaurant. There are camaras there so this would be a good idea for the real managers and owners to look at because I could not believe the discrimination of choosing who is worth serving or not. Very very sad experience. We left… at the end one of the girls in the entrance said have a great night… even though she was one of the people that kept walking around us cleaning tables… and knowing we didn’t get serve. My husband just said “We didn’t even get serve” and we left."

"Not great! Went there for a late night snack and I ordered a tandoori grilled chicken burger and they mixed up the order so I got paneer instead of chicken. It's didn't taste good and way too spicy. The fries that came with were decent. The next morningI woke up with a really upset stomach. I don't recommend the food."
