"I have been to this pub on numerous occasions and the service is poor. Last time I was there my friend and I left the pub after sitting at a table for more than 10 minutes without any service. The waitresses cleaned the tables around us but ignored us. They were definitely aware that we had not been helped and it wasn't until we got up to leave someone finally came over. It was too late by then. I get better service when my husband comes but we won't be back and we tell everyone we know about our experience."

"We wanted someplace with a patio and our son recommended Firestone. We were seated at the bar and told it would be about 15-20 mins for a patio table. We were ok with that and ordered our drinks. Our table was ready early and they moved our drinks to the table. The service was very good and she was attentive. I had the crab cake sliders, there was 2 of them with a small order of fries. It was great for a later in the evening meal."

"Date night was wonderful at Luigi's with excellent, prompt, and friendly service. My favorite part is the complimentary warm decandent bread with delicious vinegrette on the side. Our mains and appies came quickly and everything was delicious! Portion sizes are excellent with lead to very full stomachs and no room for dessert. The menus are very organized and esthetically appealling, with the restaurant offering a very low key, quiet, inviting atmostphese with a classy feel. Highly recommend!!!"

"Was there for Canada day, just looking for a bite to eat that wasn’t fast food. And wow ... what a pleasant surprise. Wonderful decor, out of this world service and great food. My step son and I has single portion of nachos and my...husband had the Monday steak sandwich special. Really nice, delicious...and large portions. Lots of different flavours of beer on tap. Prices are very good. This fantastic little pub and grill is a must try."
