"This place is TERRIBLE. Plain and simple. The reviews I ready are certainly from the employees themselves as for the ppl I seen in there didn’t look like they could even afford a hotdog let alone a whole cellular plan. The Woman taking the orders is miserable. The hotdogs are half microwaved at best and they try to disguise it with a toasted bun, best hotdogs around.. your kidding me right? Someone’s grandfathers turning in their grave seeing how they been open since 1986. They slap some market basket cheese on there “chili/cheese dog” this place is a complete insult to the glizzy world in general and they are notably the worse hot dog joint I ever visited, ever."

"A long time favorite. Easy to find vegan gluten free meals. Second time now that I’ve ordered the Rainbow Harvest bowl and found it to be overwhelmingly garlicky. I’m sensitive to garlic so had a hard (and uncomfortable) time digesting. Nowhere in the menu description is “garlic” mentioned, so I’m mentioning this as a reminder to myself and heads up to others. We also got the Thai Peanut Sutra and vegan chili which were delicious. Everyone is super friendly and bubbly, and I will always love the plant friendly bathroom."

"Paid $50 to rent the marquee for my daughters 16th birthday for today as a surprise. Was told the marquee was rented both Friday and Saturday night so it probably wouldn’t be up right away on Sunday. I asked what time it would be up at? Was told by noon, 1pm at the latest. It’s now almost 5pm and it’s not up. When I called to inquire I was told that the person who does it wasn’t told anything needed to go up for today. I watched the lady write it down and post it in the calendar that lists all the other rentals. You didn’t check the book to see if anything needed to go up? So, I paid $50 for a service that wasn’t provided. I was told they would have someone call me to see if they could do anything for me but she wasn’t sure if they would. I don’t understand how it’s ok for them to take my money for something that wasn’t provided?!? I guess in the end the surprise was on me!! Very upset and disappointed!"

"1st time at Bonchon got the 10 pc wings $14.95) half and half both flavors spicy and soy garlic were delicious the spicy wing were definitely spicy perfectly paired with the pickled Radish 1st time eating korean fried chicken and it did not disappoint im so glad I had a chance to come to Lowell and try it out will definitely come again lil pricey for just wings fries avaiable for purchase separately but definitely worth it in my opinion. The staff were very friendly and helpful and order was ready in 10 Mins the chicken wings weren't that big. But the crunch yummy definitely will return"
