"We stopped in on a weeknight and the parking lot was busy, but the 3 of us were able to get a table right away. The place looked good and the reviews were stellar so we were looking forward to a nice dinner after a long day of driving. The server impressed me when I asked for a tap list and he offered a water while he grabbed that and gave me a minute to look over that as it was extensive. I settled on something, but this is when the service took a turn. It took over 20 minutes to get a draft beer, as I sat and watched our server visit table after table, he stopped and let me know the bar had not poured my beer yet, which I found interesting that he was aware of the bars current status as I watched him spend most of his time with other tables. He again mention the bar still didn't pour my beer, perhaps the bar was backed up, but I just didn't buy his excuse since I saw him quite frequently at other tables around us. Eventually the beer came and I was happy, I ordered my second half way through my first to add a nice buffer for the bar to pour that for me. The food was very good. The cheeseburger was good, the cheese they use was excellent. The haystack pasta was fantastic, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken fingers had a perfect golden crisp to them and tasted as good as they looked. Eventually our bellies were full and we asked for the check, the waiter promptly dropped it off, but when he took it to run our card he was back to his old shenanigans. He visited 3 or 4 more tables, disappeared, visited some more tables around us. 10-15 minutes passed before he brought our check back. I'm not really sure what was going on with the service, but if we stop back we will request anyone other then this guy. Our receipt said his name was 5152 RED, I'm guessing thats not his real name."

"My sister and I decided to try this restaurant today. We both ordered burgers and fries. I was so disgusted at the fries. They tasted like barbecue chips. On the menu no where did it say the fires were seasoned. I took one bite and that was all. I told the waitress, who was very nice and she offered onion rings. The burgers were not done and they tasted like a bubba burger. We will never go there again. It took me 2 hours to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. So we left hungry and paid $13.00 a piece for lunch."

"This was the worst dining experience we have ever had . I purchased a 20 dollar Groupon because I loved going to the place. We went had a few beers and burgers. Food was good, but when the bill came they only subtracted 14 dollars from the bill and claimed Groupon didn't cover alcohol, which it CLEARLY states in the fine print that it does until 10 pm by Tennessee State Law. When we asked them about this and the other $6 they could not give a solid answer. The waitress was seemed extremely aggravated and rude when we had questions about the bill. She even stomped off at one point yelling down a hallway trying to embarrass us. The manager came to our table and told us we should of ordered something more expensive than the hamburgers. The staff seem to get louder and made a scene in front of the other customers when they could not accommodate us or answer our questions. "Slow to take orders. Slow to bring food. The high chairs aren't constructed correctly and my daughter almost fell through the leg slots. Luckily she got stuck halfway before it hit her in the throat. Food is good when it arrives if you survive."

"Three stars because it seems odd to leave two stars for a place that has so many positive reviews.It was our first visit today but sadly it’s probably our last. The service was good and we were seated immediately. Not crowded or anything so we thought it would be a great place to grab lunch.They have a good selection of beer which is always a plus. The waitress was attentive and friendly.The food however was… bad.I ordered a medium/well burger and it definitely was far into the well done category. The cheese was almost no existent (sad too as I was wanting to try the Sweetwater farms cheese). My fries however were fantastic!My wife ordered something that she basically didn’t even touch. She said it wasn’t good at all. I was able to identify that she ordered sweet potato fries. She said they seemed as though they were cooked a day or so ago. Lacking flavor and just overall Terrible. The bacon was so fatty and undercooked that she immediately sat it aside.For a 50$ lunch I would have expected a lot more.I did love the choice of music and the overall looks of the place. Just wish we had taken our waitress’s recommendation and tried the pizza instead ?"
