"The baked potatoes were old. The BBQ chicken was terrible! Never have I had to spit out food contents into a napkin! The chicken tasted putrid sweet! We told the staff and they were genuinely concerned. The staff that works here are polite and professional. Try it again, Vans!!!"

"Over all it was a great place to eat. The price range was reasonable in comparison to the competition in the area. Especially if you do not want to wait in line. I had the South West Salad and it was really good my husband had the #5 and if there wasn't so much bread and more chicken, it would had been a 5 star review. Sorta felt they skimped on the chicken in his sandwich. Our son had the grilled cheese sandwich meal and loved it. Dinning room was clean and bathrooms were too. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from the road and Interstate. Would definitely eat here again and would recommend"

"About 5 years ago they were fantastic, 3 years ago they were awful, and for the last 1.5 years they've been great again. Not sure what happened in between, but we had stopped eating here because of it. They were constantly burning the sandwiches, including the bread and everything tasted old and cold. The 4 times we've been in the last 1.5 years the sourdough chicken sandwich was grilled perfectly, not dry or stringy like before, and the fries are hot and fresh. The service is always friendly. Unfortunately, the tea tastes a little off and the soda machine is always flat. Hope the food stays consistently good"
