"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"The guacamole is excellent. We ate outdoors on the sidewalk which was a pleasant experience. While the food is neither authentic nor gourmet, it is quite tasty and well prepared. Service is good and portions are generous. It's a fun environment."

"This was truly the worst dining experience I have ever had. I'm normally a patient person and would never write a negative review about any business, but after so many things going wrong, I feel obligated to. It started when I called ahead of time to ask if the outdoor table would be under an awning because I saw that there was a possibility of rain that night. I got a confirmation that yes, the outdoor seating is covered. When I got there, the table was NOT covered. Unfortunate, but okay the sky didn't look too cloudy so fine.We got seated and it took 30 minutes for them to bring us bread.. It took them another 30 minutes before they took our order. Then the waiter spilled a drink on my friend understandable, mistakes happen but they did not comp or remake the drink, which is common practice when you spill half of someone's drink. We also ordered a bottle of wine and for some strange reason they brought the bottle of wine but did not open it until we flagged them down..Even after ALL this, I think I might have returned had the food been good. Or at least ordered takeout or something.. Nope, the food was so mid.There are many other unfortunate things that happened but I won't bore you with the details. After this poor service, they then had the audacity to charge us for a bottle of wine we DID NOT ORDER (be sure to check your receipt folks! and also added a 20% gratuity. I guess that may be why they didn't bother to give us good service, comp anything, or bring us anything on the house after we complained about this awful service. Needless to say, won't be returning to Da Andrea."

"At first I only go for Empanadas, but the girl who worked the counter tonight made that my last time, I went on the back that she put the bathroom, then came with the same gloves to serve me. she had two pairs on only took a NO HAND HYGIENE what ever.. Then she went back and finished cleaning pfeife the same pair after I get the food out and call the health department."

"The only thing that really surprised me and perhaps kept me from leaving a stellar review was what I thought was a somewhat limited menu. There weren't nearly as many options for dinner as I had expected. This was also shared by my dinner guests. The food and service overall were good and there wasn't any other specific deficiency I could point to. I would recommend this to others but check the menu first in case you are looking for something specific to eat."
