"Grilled Chicken Taco Mexican Rice Bowl Shrimp Sandwich from @doubleroti<br/ .<br/ .<br/ The newly launched Mexican Menu at Double Roti boasts a wide range of Mexican delicacies starting from the tacos, rice bowls to burritos. The sandwich is part of the regular double roti menu. The tacos were scrumptious with a burst of mexican flavours and the crunchy outer taco. The Mexican bowl had a mix of different flavours and has a very very light and subtle taste. I personally felt that the sandwich had a very contrasting taste with every bite. One bite just makes you feel it’s pretty bland and the next bite you feel it’s spicy. Make plans to check out this New Mexican menu at double roti once this Quarantine gets over"

"I was already late to dine-in at the legendary, much hyped, Nair Mess in Triplicane; but nevertheless finally made it here.<br/ <br/ The modest 'mess-style ' restaurant is tucked away within a narrow unassuming street in the MCC vicinity.<br/ <br/ Food is served in traditional banana leaves and a variety of non-veg options are available. Try the prawn thokku and liver fry.... simply yummm... Paya is also worth a try.<br/ <br/ Expect local Chennai standards of service and ambience is best ignored.<br/ <br/ Service: 3.2/5<br/ Ambience: 2.3/5<br/ Taste: 4.5/5<br/ Hygiene: 3.9/5<br/ Budget: 4.1/5"

"Paprika cafe is located in courtyard Marriott.. <br/ Went for the food trek festival .. What is special abt this street food festival ?? The street food showcases the best of regional street food .. Andhra Pradesh, Kolkatta, North east, Kerala .. The chef curated the menu in such a way, that we get to taste the famous street food in the above mentioned regions at one place .. There was a live counter for each region .. <br/ <br/ Both veg and non veg options were there in starters and main course .. The welcoming drink in the form of sharbat was refreshing one .. The fried items were delicious and the live dosa counter has my heart .. No complaints on the food .. Dessert counter looked like a mini heaven .. From pastries to street food desserts everything tasted absolutely great .. <br/ <br/ Service was top notch .. Very quick to our needs .. The chef explained abt the each food trek and that made us to pick the dish easily .. Loved the ambience .. U can actually walk around and fill ur plate .. Valet parking is available ... The unlimited buffet dinner is priced at ₹1950 .. Worth the price since u get to taste all the famous food from each region at one place .. <br/ <br/ ."

"Is this the best North Indian Fine Dining Restaurant or what? The food was excellent, the service was prompt and got a sanitiser on request! This place satisfies the gluttony in you, the taste and quality of food is just whoa! The thali is what I had. It was the best! Everything from the Appetizers, MainCourse was delicious and finishing it off with some Jalebi and Rabdi. These guys put actual Kesar in the Rabdi to get that colour and flavour! And Mr. Mohan’s (manager) really does know how to build a rapport with a customer, this was like the third time I’ve been there and he knows me by name. The ambience is obviously great too! All in all I am a happy diner!"

"Husband and I wanted to take our fur baby out for beach and while returning back was checking for pet friendly restaurants and this one popped up. So we decided we will give this place a try. We got the outdoor seating since we had our dog with us. It was nice and cosy with lush greens around. We didn’t explore much inside. Coming to food we ordered one Korean fried chicken and then a chicken ravioli. Both were good. The starter portion was huge for two people. The chicken was fried with nice crisp outside and tender chicken inside. The ravioli is a must try. The pasta sauce was cheesy and I always like my pasta to be saucy and this place served the way I like it. Will definitely visit and again and try their other dishes too. Felt the value for money was good since the portions are huge and the taste was good <br/ <br/ Ambience 4/5 (for the outside seating and special mention for allowing pets)<br/ Food 4/5<br/ Service 4/5<br/ Value for money 4/5 <br/ Overall 4/5"

"After their closure and complete revamp, I am pleased to say that this branch is now FANTASTIC. College goers and highway travelers will be quite satisfied . The previously run of the mill boring tiffin joint is now a cute cafe. Don't look for thayir saadam and meals on the menu (not that I'm not a fan of both), as it's all sandwiches, snacks like kozhukattai, boli etc and North Indian khana now. We ordered a chilli cheese sandwich which was dirt cheap at 150 rs considering it came with homemade French fries, various dips (probably from a jar, but not bad) and a jar of good iced tea (not lipton, I'll bet) The sandwich wasn't like any Mumbai style chili cheese toast but was an honest to God sandwich with good quality melted cheddar and dollops of ghee. We also had Kadai vegetable curry and rotis and both really did justice, unlike what you might find in South Indian restaurants. In short, this place is my new obsession (best cafe on arcot road, CCD sorry u tried) and I can't wait to hang out here all the time."
