"The food is delicious, balanced, and well thought. The chef, Kenny, and his staff are very attentive and creative to any requests or allergy modifications. The late night menu has a little something for everyone with modest prices. To compliment the great food are some amazing cocktails and heavenly desserts. "Considering what one can pay for entertainment these days, the prices for the games are very reasonable and they are well maintained. The restaurant was good for the price point but......We took the kids there and when the band started playing things were way too loud. When we got there for 6:30 reservation the place was half empty but it took 1 hour to get our food. Yes. Before one says that the band doesn't play until 8:30 it took us that long to get our meal, get it finished and pay for it. I had a burger because the patties are made in-house but the burger had two patties which were cooked way too much. They were about the size of the patties you get on the McDouble in a value meal. Fries were well seasoned and very good. I still gave it four stars because the cost of the evening was reasonable. I doubt that I will order a Burger again. The chicken burgers that passed by looked pretty good. Also, what you get for an $8 kids meal is excellent."

"My parents are in town from the West Coast for medical appointments, they were dying for a good bowl of soup and a sandwich; so off we went to the Big R. They loved everything from the soup, right down to the cheesecake that my stepmother snagged on the way out the door. Our server was such a beautiful lady, with an amazing sense of humor and the most infectious smile. Thanks for the great grub and the stellar service!!"

"This village mall location is absolutely disgusting. When you’re standing at the counter, you can see into the prep area in the back. Just literally watched the guy that works there grab bare handfuls of fries and stuff em in the fry bag. The girl working at the counter was really nice about it when I said something and got me fresh fries, but I will never eat here again."
