"If you dine there, they do a decent job. But if you order to go I haven't had much luck. The order is always wrong. And always cold when it arrives. The delivery drivers are constantly tracked so we know it wasn't the driver's fault for the long delay between calling it in and the driver leaving the restaurant. That's why I gave three stars. Probably the servers ask or require the cooks to do a better job because they get tips. There's obviously no one in charge of the to-go orders. If you want it warm and you want it right you must eat there in my experience"

"Ordered the firecracker burger, came with everything correctly and fresh to order. The hamburger was a generous 1/3 lb specially seasoned patty, im assuming 85/15, the meat was comparable to choice quality in texture and taste. The toppings were fresh, crisp, and well balanced. The bun is a quality bun I have tasted before at other fine restaurants. Overall: 5/5 it's a great burger.My friend ordered the chicken fried steak and let me have a sample. It was as amazing and as it was familiar. 5/5"

"We used the drive thru to order our food; we ordered two steak finger dinners, no salad and a fried burrito. If you use credit/ debit card to pay, you are charged 3% more, take cash. Total wait time from ordering till we received our food was about 12 minutes, not bad. The lady that took our order and the gentleman that brought our order out to us, was friendly. Food was all fresh and hot. Steak fingers could use a little more seasoning but were good, I would order them again. The fried burrito was very good, crispy but soft. The taco sauce that came with the fried burrito was good. This was our first time back to Keith?s in about five years."

"I went for the first time the week of Thanksgiving visiting family. I'd actually went through the drive-thru for 9 burgers and drinks. I figured I'd wait 15-20 minutes, considering they were fairly busy. 10 minutes I had my food and drinks,everything was fresh and correct to order. 10/10 will go again."

"The food for the price was subpar, the wait staff cared more about talking to each other than waiting on tables. Its a nice place IF the food was GOOD they would do lots of business they are missing out in this economy here in Odessa by serving over priced OKISH food. I wont go back I can have OK food and spend of the money. I wanted to like it but I didn't. My drink was good. The waitress was nice but not attentive, we did not get refills on drinks or chips, also this is west Texas serve your chips in real containers not toddler sized bowls"
