"We remember this place when it had shuffle board and a pool table neither of which are there any longer. It is a sports bar with lots of televisions playing sports. Full bar and pub menu. On the pricey side for what you get. Food was good but not great. Service was friendly. Will keep returning as it holds many memories for our family."

"The food here was absolutely delicious, some of the best tasting food I've ever eaten. Their chicken wings are excellent with smoky, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors. Their stew is super good and is rich in savory flavors. Their fish tacos are great with the crunchy fish and the crisp vegetables. Highly recommend if you're in the area!"

"This is a review for the bar space. The food can be good. And it was ok the night I was was there with 2 others. But they have been simplifying so much that they have lost some charm. They used to have a separate bar menu. No more. They used to have a really good burger. Again no more. They used to be open every night. Nope again. The hotel is planning to be torn down and I think everything is on a holding pattern. That all said, this may be the last independent restaurant in Squaw valley...and that is worth something. Is it the best place in Squaw valley? It probably is."

"Family-friendly pizza spot in Olympic Village. Came here on a Friday around noon and got seated immediately. There is an outdoor patio with umbrellas and most people opted to sit outside. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. Credit cards are accepted. The parking lot is huge and it was easy to park (though we were there in the summer, so I?m not sure if the situation holds true in the winter). Dogs are allowed on the patio. One large pizza (8 slices) fed the four of us comfortably. We got the Big Mountain pizza which came with a mound of meats. I liked how much crumbly bacon bits were on there. They do serve alcohol and Truckee Session IPA is a good call if you want something refreshing on a hot day. There were a lot of groups with small kids (they do have high chairs) and a kids menu is available. Overall, it?s a casual, kid-friendly restaurant with solid pizzas."
