"Had a simple meeting with friends. Serving their food was good for two when you eat less than it and fill you up. The ambience is a good place to gather for a dinner. The only thing they had to have was enough space to accommodate more customers."

"If you want some Japanese dish. Avoid this place. Try another restaurant or branch. Place if dirty. Although there are AC's the place is very hot. The staff seems like they don't want to work. The table next to us got their drink with a bug. Food ia typical fast food it was okay."

"UpRice is located somewhere in the MOA complex, in a bldg called E-Com Center 2. Its my first time to go there, so i just wazed it to get there. The place houses some of the metros high end restos like Alba and House of Wagyu. They represents Filipino comfort food at an affordable price for the office workers of the building. The bldg has live bands during weekends in their open area.<br>

Spicy Beef Quesadilla is pressed flour tortilla filled with cheese and spiced up ground beef. It has a nutty, spicy because of the cumin. <br>

Tropical Salad is composed of fresh lettuces & fruits, topped with caramelized cashews in a nice citrus viangrette. I like how this salad is very refreshing to the palette. It doesn't have strong overpowering ingredients, but it just balances out everything.<br>

Creamy Margherita is penne pasta cooke in mornay sauce (bechamel + cheese). I find it on the salty side. More of like a creamier mac and cheese with penne.<br>

"I ordered the CHINA wrap P140 - greens, beansprouts, onions, tomatoes, wanton chips, roast bbq pork, mandarin oranges, turnips and honey orange dressing.<br>

The food was okay. Taste was inconsistent, though. Maybe because the whole salad wasn't mixed well. Most of the time all I was able to taste were the beansprouts and turnips. Other times I enjoyed it when I got to the bbq pork and wanton chips part. These were good, although I think the dish could've been better if the pork pieces weren't clustered together and were evenly spread out instead. I also wasn't able to taste much of the dressing, but it wasn't a bad thing, since I was worried at first that the dish might have that strong orange zest taste. <br>

They also have desserts, pork and chicken parts and juices to complete your meal. <br>

Overall, I can say that I've tried better salad wraps, but this one wasn't so bad, given that it is cheap and huge.<br>

Will surely give their other salads a shot. My friend loved her PHILIPPINES salad wrap and I think I can give that a try next time.

For dessert was a slice of vanilla ice cream in between crumbs and topped with bitter chocolate<br>

Taste was to die for, and portioning was not overwhelming. The only flaw I saw was on the desert. I did not like the bitterness of the chocolate topping on the pie as it did not compliment well with everything. A bit more sweetness and things may have been better. A must try is their Aloha Shake.<br>

Staff-on-duty were very attentive on our needs (especially in refilling my botomless iced tea). I just found their other staff preparing for the day's work to be quite distracting as they put their make up on and all in the customer area. It was unusually catchy to customers.<br>

The size of the dining area is a bit small but the extension of more table and chairs outside could cover it. The experience dining inside is just way better as the good old surfer/beach house-theme was consistently present from wall to ceiling.<br>

It's not very noticable unless you have a very sneaky pair of eyes but luckily they are near an entrance/exit.<br>

The experience was fair and worthy of the price. Everything was close to perfection if not for a few flaws which definitely could be improved."
