"Fantastic place to have lunch. Great service and food! What more could you want? Johnny is very welcoming to all, you'll feel at home as soon as you come in. It's difficult to say what's best to eat here, it's all great. So far my faves are the maple bacon burger, shrimp burger, grilled ham and cheese. The fries are homemade too. Can't go wrong by eating here!"

"Was almost discouraged to eat here, based on other tripadvisor reviews, but after our dining experience, we would certainly eat here again. The waitress and cooks were friendly, the food was fast, fresh, flavourful and very filling. The restaurant was clean and well kept as were the bathrooms, minus a bit of rust around the sink. Food was reasonably priced too, I would take my family here again!"

"This restaurant is located in what was once the former Greyhound depot and was a 'meal stop' during those days. After the bus numbers dwindled the owners revamped the facility and concentrated on a re-branding. It was successful with a new menu. That was about fifteen years ago. The best thing they ever did here was serve breakfast all day. The portion sizes are large, so be prepared. The food is filling and good. Service is not bad, but much better when they aren't packed. Because of the popularity of this restaurant, it is busy a lot. That also says a lot about the quality of the food and value received. Billy's is well worth the visit and should be for at least one of your meals on the way by the community."

"Enjoyed a beer with an excellent Taco salad. Service was very good. Not a large menu but quite varied. We had hoped to sit on the patio but it had lots of smokers."

"Recently dined here with family. Their menu was huge! Little to no gluten free options available. Ordered a salad and told it was not available it was only a seasonal salad.. fine. Ordered a garden salad with chicken. BOY was I upset.. a few pieces of lettuce with a few carrot shavings and a couple tomatoes. I expected a full chicken breast and received maybe a few pieces of cubed chicken. It did not taste good, so plain. Very disappointing for a $20 salad. The service was slow, and we would finish our drinks and waited a long time before the server would come back."

"Saturday 2pm. We sat down and ordered. 1 hour later, no food showed up. The waitress kept saying your food is almost ready, but we were still the only table waiting for food while other people were paying their bills and ready to leave. We said we need to go because we were waiting for too long. The waitress didn 't even apologize to us"

"Place is a great pit stop coming from the okanagan, but mgmt should realize that its gonna get really busy, and hire more staff. place was packed and so was the drive thru...washrooms were filthy and so was the floor. the tables havent been wiped, and customers had to clear away trays and mugs just to sit themselves...and of course, they wiped their own tables too... ordering was a mess as no one knew where exactly the line was..lol. food came quick tho..,fresh and hot! orders were correct and i did bot hear anyone complain...good on the working staff overall, its a good place to cool down! i had the new spicy mama burger...it was ok! didnt really taste spicy...so much for the chipotle mayo and spic cheese..lol. their frosted mugs with ice cold rootbeer is realy what makes this place great!! anyhow, a good break from driving! cheers"
