"After a large, extensive walk with the Pelznase over the large meadows and the forest, you can (not only) return in the Wolfsaap in beautiful weather and let yourself go well in the beer garden! Of course it is worth a stop in bad weather, because it is also cozy inside. The dishes offered are varied and both meat lovers and vegetarians find something delicious at moderate prices! You should only book for the purpose! Always worth a trip and we look forward to the end of the Corona crisis!!"

"We stayed in Schwan Derendorf for the third time this evening in a relatively short time. The service was very friendly and attentive every visit. The food, today we had Schinitzel (from the pig) was again super delicious and well prepared. The carvings are really a secret tip. Our friends also had a carving and were both very satisfied. The frits and roast potatoes were also very delicious. The shares are fair and the price/performance ratio would be fair overall. Quite unexpectedly there was a “Great from the kitchen”. Our dessert, homemade cheesecake, I was skeptical as I have eaten very often tastefully bad cheesecakes. But definitely not here, the cake has absolutely brilliantly tasted! If you still have “place” for dessert, try the cheese cake. Overall, we are very satisfied and will come back safely in the future."

"This restaurant is exactly how it is advertised. It is a local place in a very old house. I think it dates back to The lady who waited on us was very kind and patient. Her English was not bad as our German ha The food is all German; it was very good. It is very local and very casual; my stars are because they do what they do very well. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is fun. We spoke with all the people sitting around us; we felt like we were at family dinner! My husband had schnitzel and it was very good. I had a piece of beef and it was cooked medium and tasted good. We both had fries they were excellent. I mean really good. I would substitute the boiled potatoes for fries every time. I recommend this great place if you want the local feel. Because we were in Germany the beer was flowing and the Riesling was outstanding!"

"Services quite friendly and entertaining, ok was empty so we came to the conversation. eating was something different, brot and herbalate after homemade recipe, so it tasted quite good, but it won't be my new civic shop, as I'm very traditional with this. the construction of the restauran was somewhat kept quiet in the British, so it was easy to get back on holiday."

"I visited this restaurant on Saturday night. this restaurant is just a few minutes walk from the hilton hotel. the restaurant is Greek cuisine and was somewhat crowded by locals. I ordered the nikolaus plate, which had several meats, pork, defiant, chicken with Greek-spicy taste. the taste was good and I could eat without saturation. the loudness was good for hungry people like me. the price was also quite reasonable."

"None of the reviews give a proper flavour of this place. Which is more of a dive than a restaurant, but a dive with lovely staff and a short but tasty menu on the basis of one dish!. It's a barcafé, not a restaurant, and...the staff were very helpful to this nonGerman speaking Brit, needed because the chalkboard menu is in German, not French despite the name. I played safe with steakfrites, which was a chunky piece of meat with a nice redwine sauce, with sauté potatoes rather than frites, with fresh spinach. Acceptable, not stunning, quality. At inc aperitif and couple glasses of local wine, decent value for money"
