"Worst Shake Shack experience ever !! The burger patty wasn’t smashed and thin like it should be it was thick and not cooked well. Burger buns were hard and a little burnt. The burger in general didn’t taste anything like Shake Shack at all. Fries were burnt and oily, and Chicken Bites were too salty. I have eaten Shake Shack in Bahrain, Qatar, and UAE it always tasted great and the same. But unfortunately the quality control in Riyadh branch is very bad. I regret spending a premium price of 127 SAR for this bad meal."
