"We had dinner here tonight, 11/19 and it was quite terrible. To begin the salad bar was completely picked up and sloppy and the two soups were cold. We ordered the Kansas City Steak and the smashed steak. The Kansas Steak was super fat and the onions and mushrooms were ice cold. We asked for medium and it rarely came out. The smashed steak came without the demand for provolone cheese and came medium against medium rarely. But the kick was that it was basically impossible. It was so thick and fat that I couldn't chew it. I never send food again, but ate a bite and pushed it aside. The last straw was that they only took $10 from unleashed steak. Unreal. Service was fine, but we'll never be back. Your tagline is here or we? Are you starving?"

"Would love to give 0. Quite possibly the worst restaurant, server and food I've ever had or been to. Service took forever, multiple times I tried to leave but my wife would not let us. When we finally got our food it was not good, son ordered boneless wings and literally got the driest (like cardboard) chicken breast cut into square chunks I've ever had. Then I tried my giant fried chicken sandwich. Wow it was even dryer then the fake wings. I took a bite added more mayo still unbearable. Add more mayo and just couldn't even chew it. It was horrible. My oldest daughter ordered a smash burger without mustard and onions and it came with mustard. She got part it by adding so much ketchup you really couldn't tell there was meat. My youngest daughter ordered grilled cheese kids meal with tots. She did receive a warm cheese sandwich but as she described it, this is NOT a grilled cheese it looks like they left out in the Sun to dry the bread out. My son took 2 bites of his wings, my youngest daughter never touched her dried out cheese sandwich, Mr oldest daughter scraped the bun off multiple times to remove the mustard and I took 1 bite and spit out my sons fake wings and took 2.5 bites of my terrible giant chicken sandwich. You may wonder why we didn't get anything replaced, well that's the service problem we saw our server to get menus, get drinks then wait 20 minutes to order food then wait 20 minutes to get it food then we didn't see her for 30 minutes and I was finally able to tell her what was wrong. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had."
