"To resume, I would say very very slow service. They show they need people for the kitchen and in front. But currently under 1 cashier open with 3 staff serving and 3 other in the back preparing food. I don't see where they could put more people, they already have not much space left to move around and lots of food waiting on the heating shelf. So I think it's more organisation and skill needed.Food is topical of a&w, nothing different. It's a fast food chain after all. I like it better then McDonald but that's just a personal opinion, much like people like Burger King and I don't.So the downside is really the waiting and staff that seems more like ghost when you speak to them, barely looking at you, no emotion. I'm unsure if it's a workplace issue or something else. It's 2 in the afternoon, the place is nearly empty but yet it's the only place with a small line because food doesn't move."

"New to Blainville 6 months ago, we tried this KFC a couple of times, and the results were very disappointing. Chicken batter lacked that flavor that got us hooked decades ago, also thighs and drumsticks were pretty much all that was in our bucket. We decided to try one more time yesterday, and we were amazed to find a well balanced and very tasty chicken! Fries were warm and crispy! Not sure what happened but great job!!! I'd love to see you guys keep this up and re earn your customer base! I'll rate a 5 when we try again and if you've remained consistent ;"

"First visit to train 344! Everything was perfect! the service is impeccable, the interesting menu with several mentions of organic products, the presentation is neat and above all, the kitchen is excellent. Although the atmosphere and interior decor are trendy and airy, don't hesitate to enjoy the terrace in the summer season. the landing is very moderate on Grand-Côte so no worries on this side. This is a place to discover in the beautiful little rosemary municipality."

"Quand on fait une commande au comptoir, il peut y avoir un accident, comme se faire renverser 2 verres de liqueurs sur soi,surtout sur les pantalons et dans un soulier. J'étais assez collante, j'ai été obligée de demander des serviettes de papier pour m'essuyer, et c'était le début de ma commande."

"I've been living in the countryside for many years, what a joy to find a vegan chain restaurant had opened up in my neighbourhood. wonderful! I went there with high hopes to order a series of different things, the menu looked amazing! the service was appalling, my eating was barely cooked, and near unusable. when I tried something else, I couldn't help anyone get to the table that were too busy to watch television in the back. I am so relieved to see that there are other reviews that are positive fully vegan restaurants that are of poor quality really hurt us on the vegan team! so hopefully it was a way out."
