"Alors oui le chef Constantin fait son métier avec passion. Cela se ressent dans l'assiette.Peut-être (au vu de ma notation) va t-il enfin accepter la critique quant au service qui n'est toujours pas à la hauteur... et qu'il va enfin respecter les avis que j'ai laissés sur les autres restaurateurs qui relatent mon ressenti?.. va savoirCar oui selon moi il y a des bons restos mais malheureusement beaucoup de mauvais :-/ (pas besoin de regarder Top Chef pour s'en apercevoir..)Il lui suffit juste de récupérer la liste des restos que j'ai visités et d'aller y manger...Pour le service, désolée mais oui c'est brouillon, c'est long et c'est mou... la serveuse n'était d'ailleurs pas étonnée loin de là de voir des gens partir les uns après les autres... c'est un métier le service et l'accueil du client.Pour revenir au repas tout est vraiment bien cuit. Un léger bémol sur le dessert qui bien que très bon , est selon moi trop sucré...Mais bien sûr je reviendrai... :-D"

"What a good time I just had to spend with my darling!!! table in terrace almost pool edge, golf view. But especially service young, nice, in small care it's nice because it's also why we go to the restaurant...Thank you!!!!!!! as far as the subject is concerned and everything takes shape lol...TELICIEUX and not avare the chef! my half has taken tataki of tuna in entry and squid stuffed with shrimps coral sauce while I'm rather loll land with a carpaccio of beef but a real too good followed by a turkey with green pepper sauce with homemade fries .... the regalade I don't tell you the thin pie with hot apples, slightly caramelized .... I recommend the eyes closed"
