"I see from the reviews that we are not the only people with this Swiss Chalet unhappy! We went to a Swiss chalet in London last week, where we had the new potato soup BUT today in Sarnia it was terrible! We waited close... for half an hour for two portions of soup, and we also ordered frits. We have the soup that was lukewarm and the frits about five minutes later. I asked the manager to see if they had a lack of personnel in the kitchen. She came to our table with an attitude! I said our problem and asked about the kitchen. She said no problem in the kitchen and that we should warm up the soup for her again! What a terrible customer service NO APOLOGY! By the way, our server was very polite and pleasant hope that he could find a job somewhere else!"

"I had the 9oz striploin wife first ordered seafood platter but they were out of some items so she changed her order to chicken and ribs.
