"Went there for dinner during one business trip in Strasbourg. This place is located 30-35 mins from the downtown but it's definitively worth paying a visit. They serve typical French and Alsatian food with very generous portions: I went for the cordon blue pané and I think I've got something like 400 grams of veal steak stuffed with ham and cheese plus lovely crunchy fries and tasty green beans. Finished with a nice creme brulee. The place serves the (local) fischer beer and I went for the Ambreé which was excellent. Overall the prices are the same as those of the restaurants in the city centre if not cheaper but for what you get I'd highly recommend this place. I think you'd be better off booking a table as the place gets quite packed especially during weekend (I went on Friday night and only because I was alone I could find a small table). Finally, also the staff is very nice, friendly and even though they dont speak English, they made their best to communicate with me."

"Friendly and warm welcome. The burgers, fries and hot dogs are very good. The prices are really interesting for the quality and quantity we have in the plate. The musical atmosphere is adapted to the style of the restaurant and it is not invasive. The little less for chipoter: the chief was alone when we went there and so there was a little waiting."

"Very good discovery for a tasty, authentic and accessible lunch.Rodolphe the chef presents his fresh products with passion. ingredients are of quality and cooked with taste. The whole (classic burger for my part) is really good and hearty. The menu, €8.9 includes a dish, a drink and a portion of fries (also very good) in addition to the burgers (5 à la carte), a dish of the day is offered. The artist also offers a loyalty card. I recommend it!"

"Coming as single Hotel guest, not french speaking, is a bit difficult here. Modern design. Staff is friendly but couldn't provide a welcome feeling. Food is ok but probably my Alsace expectation was too high. Overall for me just OK"
