"Came here today (Wed 3rd may) for a quick bit of lunch and a few drinks with my fiancée and mum. Had a really lovely afternoon, some cocktails, beers and rum and some really great food! Food portions were good and tasted fresh. I would recommend the slug and lettuce burger as it was great value for money for what was included. Servers were friendly and approachable and they also have a disabled toilet which was clean and usable. Would definitely go back at some point next time we are in the area."

"This place is remarkable! here for birthday dinner with the family and eating was from this world! it was a high quality restaurant quality witness much more than they would expect in a pub. the staff are friendly and attentive and the prices are not too bad. the decoration is absolutely incredible with the flowing and walls all original from the original sainsburys. it is as in a time warp with the amount of extras that they added in truly incredible. one of the best pubs where I was! highly recommended!"

"If you want a very basic, no frills, no atmosphere, inexpensive diner with large portions, then this place is for you. If you want chic, trendy, brunch or fancy schmancy, it is not. If you can overlook the sex kitten photo glued to the menu board and the riské music videos while you dine, George’s serves up a solid standard breakfast. Locals come and go, stay and read the paper and stop during a work break. On the plus side, there is cappuccino and the cheese omelet is perfectly made and oh so cheesy, served with French fries “chips” and lots of ‘em."

"Went for my nieces 21st last night, 28 of us in total. The evening was perfect. The was food delicious, ribs cooked to perfection. Everyone’s meal was delicious. The service was 5 star, all the staff were polite, friendly, welcoming and attentive. The main waitress was absolutely brilliant, she got everyone’s meal right, no one waited everything was perfect. She replaced drinks quickly, nothing was too much trouble. She worked her socks off for us, thank you so much. Highly recommend, it’s rare you can find somewhere that can cater for large parties and get it right. Broncos got everything 100% right last night."

"Check your receipts as they will cheat on you today i was there i ordered one koke 2 bottles of water one starter 3 mix meat plates served only A plate of meat and i have paid £105 at the moment i was distracted with my friends and i didn’t pay attention but once home i realised that i have been scammed i live 50 miles away otherwise wil go back there as i feel bad about it i feel very stupid"

"First time staying in a Youngs hotel. We enjoyed dinner here and then stayed overnight in one of their very well appointed rooms. Definitely a cut above similarly priced hotels. Plenty of parking and a friendly welcome on arrival. We will return!"

"Sad to say as the pub is nice and has a reasonable atmosphere but the draught lagers are rotten , it’s not hard to clean the lines , we moved to bottles as both Heineken and Camden hells were rotten, I’ve been a publican for 27yrs , 2 hours a week and this issue is sorted , denial is a sad excuse, own it and clean your lines,,,, We gave it a week and tried again last night !! Sadly the lager was even worse than last week , we won’t be coming back again , it’s a staple of Pub management to clean the beer lines , there is no excuse for this ! The Heineken was disgusting we returned the first two pints and the barman barely blinked , didn’t even speak when he replaced them with two equally bad pints , you may want to contact Tech services and get some Blitz line cleaner as your lines more than likely have a bad yeast infection , own up and get them cleaned"
