"I'm from the east coast and I don't have Del Taco there, so when I saw the shield, I had to stop. That says something, because we also don't have in-N-Out and I chose Del Taco on In-N-Out, my two favorite west coast chains. The experience was not disappointed! The food had arrived so fresh and very fast! It was so good that I had to go again the next day!"

"I loved it. If you have celiac disease, they keep it really clean and mostly safe here. Ask for a gluten free bun! The shakes are really good as well. I had a great time and got my money's worth."

"When I got my strawberry shake, it was more liquid than it should be. it was also a little brown, I don't know if they wash their mixers or whatever, but it didn't look right. I tasted a little bit of dripping butter in the earthy shaker, now they imagine if I was allergic? that is my only complaining, overall the staff was very nice."

"I brought my parents to the Mother's Day brunch. Once we set ourselves, we realized that there were many angry customers. Apparently, people have been waiting for their food for more than 45 minutes. The manager and the rest of the staff looked stressed out and the kitchen looked chaotic. After 15 minutes waiting, the server came and took our commands. It took about 30 minutes for the first order that Cajun Fried was Chicken and Waffle. The rest of the order has not occurred at all. After another 45 minutes to wait and see that people who came later when we had their food came past our server and apologised that some of our orders never made it to the kitchen. Because we had to go for a flight, we cancelled the rest of the orders and asked for the invoice. Needless to say that they give us the full price for drinks and chicken waffles. I'm not one who writes bad reviews, but my mother's lunch was ruined to say the least. And just to make sure we never return, they charge us for drinks and food. With such a stiff competition in Toronto, I will be surprised to see this place last more than a month. You have a big management problem and I'm afraid only Gordon Ramsey can save her"
