"We went to see Santa and the Grinch, in which we found out about them being there when we went for breakfast one day.Kid-friendliness: They had Santa and the Grinch, and since Chambersburg Mall closed, my four year old has never seen Santa that he would remember. The Grinch was throwing snowballs at the kids, and they would throw them back. They even allowed them to get a candy cane off the Christmas tree they had there. They had a lot of fun. The food is a little overpriced, but the restaurant was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly, and the food was done the way we asked for it."

"Extremely slow service but not a shortage of employees, they all acted as though they didn't know what they were doing. Very unclean dining room. Overheard employees talking about other customers. I was wanting a refill and the lady looked right at me and when I got to the counter turned her back on me and I had to say excuse me the fifth time before she ever acknowledged me. This was the final straw, I will no longer be dining at this location."
