"The Café Stalder in Uzwil, Switzerland is a spacious cafe that serves brunch and lunch, and is open on Sundays for those looking for a nice place to eat a traditional meal. They have friendly service and were open to our family of four with two children, eight and ten. There is a small children's menu and some vegetarian offerings as well.On Sunday, they have special brunch menus. I had to Cordon Blue Schnitzel with fries and roasted vegetables. The schnitzel was well prepared, moist and full of flavor. The roasted carrots and, in particular, the fennel were very good. My wife had the Rosti with tomatoes, which was good, but perhaps a bit bland and the portion was large. Our daughters had the Wiener Schnitzel and the Chicken Nuggets respectively, and both finished theirs easily and spoke highly of the food. The salads were fresh, although they added too much dressing.The service was friendly and accommodating. Although I began ordering in German, once the server realized the kids were American, she easily slipped into English.In all, this was a serendipitous find and I've added it here in the hope that more people find it as they might be passing through the area."

"Habe den Tip mit Capo`s von einem Kollegen bekommen, und das war einmal ein richtig guter Tip.Für uns als US Fans war die Auswahl die man in Capo`s bekommt ein Paradies.Das bestellte Essen (1x Che Burger, 1x Ursula Andres und 1x Bacon Raclette Fries) kahm auch ziemlich schnell ebenso die Getränke.Ich würde mir jedoch wünschen, das ich gefragt würde, welche Garstufe ich wünsche beim Burger.Leider (deshalb auch einen Punkt Abzug) hat sich das Personal nach dem Essen fast nicht mehr blicken lassen. Klar das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht aber eventuell reichen zwei Service Angestellte einfach nicht aus in der Spitzenzeit - siehe auch andere Bewertungen.Das Restaurant ist auch sehr schön gestaltet, liebevoll mit diversen Fotos, Blechtafeln etc. geschmückt.Preis Leistung ist ok, eher im oberen Segment für normale Burger.Aber auf jeden Fall werde ich das Lokal wieder besuchen und habe es auch noch weiter empfolen, auch an Vegis da es mehr als nur eine Vegi Variante gibt."

"Mon mari et moi nous avons adorés le fameux schnitzel, pommes-frites.D'origine suisse-allemande résidant en suisse romande depuis des lustres, ça fait très longtemps que je n'ai pas mangé un aussi bon schnitzel.En plus le prix n'est pas à battre, 9.90Fr. viande, frites et salade d'haricots (divers).Le restaurant est plein à midi, donc vaut mieux réserver.Le personnel est aux petits soins avec sa clientèle. Donc moi je recommande ce restaurant si vous aimez la cuisine simple mais bonne.En ce qui me concerne, je vais y retourner dès que possible."
