"App doesn 't have a sauce selection area. Never takes my Google pay. When I got to the Drive thru the woman there said I would have to come in because my order wasn 't ready. Then because I questioned why I needed to come in, in the rain she said you doyou and stay in the drive thru and when it 's ready we 'll give it to you . The rudest person in my whole life. Julie, the newmanager. A manager speaks to customers like that? Never expected such a rude response. When I spend my hard earned moneysomewhere I expect the people to be professional. My order was 10 minutes after promised time, punishment I 'm guessing. Whybother with the app to order ahead. Last time I ever visit this Arby 's. I will go to the one further away. I will be sure tomention this to my friends also. PS This is a retry after having a previous bad experience here, but this takes the cake."

"The food is always great here, I really enjoy the French dip and their burgers. Their mixed drinks are delicious too! Great for a date or get together. Marquee has been our server a few times now and always gives great service. Very friendly and attentive! Would highly recommend."

"Family and I, or just the wife and I, eat at Jim’s every Saturday morning, sometimes twice a week lol. Jim’s has that small town feel, and the food mmmm always awesome, service is always top notch. Don’t waste your time or health to the big box chain restaurants, save the money and stress and eat at your local Jim’s!!! I promise you will be impressed, and full of home cooked style food!!"

"I had a rough week. It was Friday, I just got off work, did not have much time until I needed to be somewhere. When I was leaving my gps told me when I got home I?d have 10 minutes to eat and leave. When I got home and opened my meal, it was wrong.Immediately I drive back to the store. Tori, not sure what her position/title is, was empathic, courteous, and helpful. I knowpeople make mistakes, we all make them. I believe a company?s merit is based on how they take care of a customer when a mistakehas happened. She absolutely made me feel heard and taken care of. "Burger is good, fries are great. Utah is covered with burger joints, and big h is an old stand by. Feels like you stepped into a different Era. It is quiet and spacious inside. A waitress actually takes you order and brings your food. The burger is tasty in a classic sort of way, and the fries are tasty with potato skin still intact. I'll be back."
